India is Land of Gods and Goddess, It has score second number after Greece.  We Indians worship so many gods and goddess. We have mainly three Gods , Shankar, Vishanu and Bharma. There others gods too but these three are main. Apart from the Gods we have special attachment with goddess, We called them "MAA"(Mother), As per Puran  God and Goddess (Shiv and Shakti) has made this world. In the old stories Lord shiva's wife Sati has gone to his father's house without invitation. Her father insult the Lord Shiva , because of this Sati has Burn herself, Lord Shiva can't bear this , he took her body and started to round universe. To break his affection, Lord Vushnu has cut the Sati's body, he had cut it in 51 parts, where this part landed on the earth, it has become Shakti Pith. This is the story of Shakti Pith.

Here i am talk about one of Shakti Pith in India,It's name Bahucharji, Bahucharji is located near Mahesana. It is one of the oldest temple in Gujarat. As i said before that Lord Vishnu had cut Sati's body in pieces. One of the piece, Sati's left hand was landed here and that place became the Shakti Pith. Bahuchar Maa also called the goddess of speech. She killed the Giant Dhandhasur and make this world free form him. She also followed the Solankis and help them. Bhatt brothers are the most followers of the Bahuchar maa, they wrote the first Garaba , it called "Anand no Garbo".   Bahuchar maa has helped so many people and there are so many followers in Gujarat and India.  May Devi bless you.
